We operate with high standards and ensure that all businesses represented at our Retail & Development Center are doing the same. Please note, we are not a venue nor do we promote this program as such. We are a retail store and development center.
We are the ONLY business professional group in Wichita that offers the opportunity to recover your paid fee every month! Business leaders have the option to sign up for the day to sell their products/services when we open to the public at 10:00 AM.
!!Participants are the guarantors of their own selling success by inviting their own customers to shop the day with them. This method pre-qualifies shoppers as purchasers for the group as a whole.
All participants must be operating legally and registered with the State of Kansas, and be approve through the market's application process. Business owners may be asked to provide photos of their products and/or services before a determination can be made. We reserve the right to refuse any business into the market for any reasons.
This program has a focus on growing business together by listening to informative guest speakers, networking with other business owners, forming partnerships, and taking advantage of training opportunities.
At the Market for Women! is a network group for business leaders who are serious about growing their businesses. Everything that we do in this program has two reasons behind it: Business Education and Business Growth.
Affordable Fees - This network group is affordable to join and offers monthly payments. You can save by purchasing the year at a 15% discounted rate for Option 1 as described below.

You can choose one of the two options below for each month.
Option 1 - Attend the Network Meeting & Stay all Day to Sell to INVITED GUESTS.

You will be added to the roster to set up and sell after you have submitted the application.
Your spot is not secured until the invoice has been paid. We reserve the right to give your spot to another business for failure to pay the monthly invoice on time.
We only allow one representation per company.
Invoices are sent out on the 15th of each month for the following month's event. Payment is due upon receipt. If the invoice is not paid by the first of the month and we have not heard from you, the unpaid invoice will be cancelled and the spot will be filled.
January – December: 8:30 am – 5pm
Business Leaders who need to leave before 4pm will be placed at the back of the showroom so that they can tear down and exit out our back door safely.
The cut-off date to join is one week before the group meets. No one will be able to join after the cut-off date.
Joining past the first of the month but before the deadline? No problem! Fill out the application and you will be sent an invoice due upon receipt.
Bring Your Own Setup! The market will not be providing tables and chairs at our retail center. This allows each business owner the flexibility to design how they want their space to look.
Table Covers must look professional, made of fabric, no wrinkles, and must reach the floor on the front side of the table. Fitted Table Covers are the most desirable for our retail space.

Warning: You will be invoiced this amount after an event if you used more space than what you had reserved. A picture with the amount of the space you actually used will be included with your invoice.

Use of electricity must be reserved and is for placement along a wall.
Normal Use. Bring your own extension cords.
Use of electricity to diffuse oils or fragrances
into the air is not allowed. Sales Tax will be added.

At the Market! is required to file a report with the State of Kansas every month for all businesses who are represented at our center.
All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the center.
CRAFTERS: The Market does make special exceptions for crafters and will allow them to join during certain times of the year. Those crafters without an account with the State of Kansas may file their sales tax through a packet that the market will supply to you. Sales Tax must be submitted within 25 days.

Access to the building begins at 8:30am with 30 minutes for set up. The front entry doors must be cleared before 9:00am when we begin our meeting.
At the Market! does not provide help with unloading or loading, please bring helpers.
Only one helper per booth.
No Children under 12 years old are allowed to stay at the event. Children 12 years old and older must be working at the booth. Please contact us if you are a nursing mother, we do make concessions for you and will help you find a private area if needed.
Bring only a small representation of your items. Use this to your advantage to drive people to your websites, store fronts, and other sites to do business with you when you are not at the market. Use your table as a teaser to entice guests to explore further with you. Show your catalogues, have your website up on your lap top, etc.
Please keep the store tidy. Pick up pieces of paper or plastic off of the floor as soon as you see it. Please let a volunteer/staff know if the floor is wet.
No-one is allowed to tear down early without prior permission. DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE LAST CUSTOMER HAS LEFT! This is for safety reasons!!!
REQUIRED: Every Business must participate in prize drawings at their tables!
If you are not able to give away your own product or services you may find an alternative way to gift. Restaurant Gift cards, box of chocolates, Movie Tickets, etc. are good examples.
If At the Market! receives any complaints about the way a prize was awarded, we will take it under advisory and make a determination towards a better outcome for the winner.
NOTE: All business owners and their volunteers qualify to enter these drawings!
Sponsorship Grand Prize
There will only be one Sponsorship Grand Prize given away if one has been donated.
Our guests will receive ONE ticket for every $10 that is spent at a table.
Prize Drawing Tickets are provided by At the Market!
The drawing will take place one hour before closing, and the winner must be present to win.
Guest may leave and come back for the drawing.
Use this to your advantage. If someone buys $25, upsell them to $30 so they can get another ticket!
NOTE: Biz Leaders, Helpers, Market Staff & Volunteers DO NOT qualify to win this prize.

There is one application/agreement for both options. You may choose OPTION 1 or OPTION 2 or a combination of both! Please read the instructions at the top of the application before you move forward.
Once you have submitted the application, it will be reviewed. If there are any questions about your application you will receive an email. After it has been approved, you will receive a Welcome Email with further instructions. An invoice will be generated from the application.
