Event Tips!

Invite Your Tribe!

Personal invitations work the best, especially if they are followed up with a phone call! Make sure everyone knows how to get to the store and that they have all of the details. Invite 150-200 people or more! Your personal touch will get them there! 

Use Our Facebook Events Pages!

Our events pages get a lot of LOOKS! You might as well invite peeps to the events pages and be seen! If your guests reply as 'interested' or 'going' they will see all of your ads you place on the events pages. Connect our events pages to your Facebook Business Page so that your following will know where to find you!

What Are Ads?

Ads are simply making a post on the events pages that are about you, your product or services. You can be as creative as you would like! Promote your specials, tell a bit about yourself or your company. Ads create excitement  and are teasers for our shoppers who are looking to attend.  Ads give your guests a reason to come! Graphics grab attention for any post. Make sure any graphics/pictures you use are clear and precise.

Keep It Simple!...your table and displays

Use a simple and easy design for your space. Make it easy for shoppers to quickly see what you are about. Create stunning, yet simple displays to catch interest and allow for ease of shopping. Overcrowding your space can become confusing to the eye. You only have a few seconds to make a GREAT visual impression! 

Don't Miss Out On the GOLD!

Generate some leads by setting up a fish bowl and hold a drawing! Give away a prize or two. Need help converting all of your leads into gold? We have a class you can take for that!

Planning Ahead

  • Bring flyers, business cards, promotional materials, pictures, success boards, etc.
  • Sign up sheet for your newsletters
  • Laptop, iPad, Digital Photo Frames - show slideshows of your business/products
  • Supplies: Drawing slips, pens, pencils, drawing slip container, paper, order forms, receipt book, staplers, paper clips and scissors for your mini office
  • Be prepared with enough cash and change, credit card processor
