Market Flex-Space gives business owners and leaders a temporary drop-in workspace during the weekday.
We are located at the Central & West Street intersection which is a hub for banks, restaurants, Dillon’s, pharmacies, and shopping all in one close location. Our westside location has easy access from Kellogg and I-235 and offers plenty of parking and a safe environment to work from.
The Market Flex-Space can be used the following ways by business owners and leaders:
· A drop-in location to make phone calls and work on laptops.
· A place to hold one-on-one meetings.
· A place to eat lunch. Bring your own!
· A Conference Room to hold private meetings for 4-6 people.
-How it works-
· Make reservations – Check for Availability and reserve your time on the Flex-Space Calendar.
· Pay as you go - $5 per hour, pay at door, cash only, pay in one-hour increments only.
· Unlimited use per month - $50 per month, pay in advance by invoice, does not include the price of Conference Room or Equipment Rental.
· Reserve Conference Room - $35, 2-hour limit, pay in advance by invoice
· Equipment Rental for Conference Room: Large Screen TV- $20, Projector- $15 | must provide own laptop, HDMI cord, and remote | Tax is added for rental fees and included on your invoice
· Coffee Station - $1 per visit per person for unlimited coffee
· Snack Station – priced per item
· At the Market! Retail Store and the Market Art Gallery are open 10am – 4pm for shoppers Monday through Saturday. Reserve Flex-Space Monday - Friday during the hours of operation based upon space availability.
· Empowerment Classes are taught At the Market! Development Center throughout the week 9am – 9pm. Flex-Space cannot be reserved during class times. Reserve through our Flex-Space Calendar to prevent mix ups!

· Option One: Use of one table and chair(s) – seats up to four
· Option Two: Use of Seminar Chairs/no table – up to four, spread out for social distancing
· Option Three: Conference Room
· Use of WiFi
· Coffee and Snack Station
· Ample Parking Lot
Use of Space does not include the following:
o Using the At the Market! Retail & Development Center address as your business mailing address
o Using the At the Market! Retail & Development Center as your permanent office space
