The Market Merchants program at our Retail & Development Center is a great place to get your services or products noticed, launched, and sold! Use our Retail Showroom as your store front every Saturday that you participate. Attend the market consistently and build your business with returning customers looking to do business with you!

After you have submitted your application, you will be added to the roster. However, the dates that you have selected are not secured until you have paid. If someone else representing for your company pays before you, you lose your spot.
Invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month for the following month's event. Payment is due upon receipt. If your invoice is not paid by the 15th of the month and we have not heard from you, your unpaid invoice will be cancelled and your spot filled.

The cut-off date to join is one week before. No one will be able to join after the cut-off date.
Joining late in the month but before the deadline? No problem! Fill out the application and you will be sent an invoice due upon receipt.
Bring Your Own Setup! The Market will not be providing tables and chairs at our retail center. This will allow each business owner the flexibility to design how they want their space to look.
Table Covers must look professional and be made of fabric with no wrinkles and must go to the floor on the front side of the table. Fitted Table Covers are the most desirable for our retail space.

At the Market! is required to file a report with the State of Kansas for all businesses who participate.
All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Failure to comply may result in expulsion.
CRAFTERS: Crafters without an account with the State of Kansas may file their sales tax through a packet that the market will supply to you. You will have 25 days to submit your sales tax. Please follow the rules for crafters per the State Laws. We will also monitor our crafters to make sure they are in compliance.

You will have access to the building at 8:30am for set up. The front entry doors must be cleared by 10:00am when our store opens for business.
The organizers do not provide help with unloading or loading, please bring your own helpers.
Only one helper per booth.
No Children under 12 years old are allowed. Children 12 years old and older must be helping at a booth. Please contact us if you are a nursing mother, we do make concessions for you and will help you find a private area if needed.
Please keep the store tidy during the day. Pick up pieces of paper or plastic off of the floor as soon as you see it. Please let a volunteer know about any spills or if the floor is wet.
No-one is allowed to tear down early without prior permissions. DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE LAST CUSTOMER HAS LEFT! This is for safety reasons!!!

Once you have filled it out, our team will review the application. If we have any questions we will email you. After you have been approved, you will receive a Welcome Email with further instructions. Your application is what will generate your invoice.
